Rebel sports fans had share of thrilling moments in 2011
Several Hays athletic programs saw a resurgence this year. We couldn’t narrow it down to only five, so here are our top six Rebel sports moments in 2011:
Finding their muse: Dahlstrom Chorale, soloist Broddrick, sweep awards
Combining a sleigh full of talent with the beautiful sounds of the holiday season, Dahlstrom Middle School Varsity Treble Choir, “Chorale,” won the inaugural 2011 Muse Awards in the Middle School Group Vocal division.
Lobos compete at Leadership Conference
On an early December morning, students from Lehman High School Spanish IV class and the Lobo Student Council attended the National Hispanic Leadership Conference in Austin at the Doubletree Hotel.
