Live at Bell Springs Winery
Penny Jo Pullus has been kickin’ up her boot heels coast to coast around America and Europe. She is an independent spirit and a songwriter who shuns the confinement of “pigeon holes.” Her sultry voice can caress you with a feather or slap you with a bullwhip. Are you ready? Hold on tight for a fantastic ride. 3–5 p.m. July 28

Ninja in the library!
End the summer with a blast and grand prize drawings with music from Andy Hartsock and the Ninjas as they rock with their wacky, high-energy versions of favorite children’s songs. Stick around to hear the winners of the Summer Reading Program. 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 27 at the San Marcos Public Library.

Much Ado About Nothing
Spend a summer evening with The Bard at the EmilyAnn Theatre in Wimberley. This spunky classic will be performed nightly at 6:30 p.m. (except Sundays) beginning Monday, July 30 and concluding Saturday, August 11. Concessions and chairs are provided or bring a blanket for up-front seating. 512-847-6969

Free Live Music All Day Long
Sleep in, have some brunch and then head on out to Texas’ oldest dance hall. The day begins at 12:30 p.m. with the Cajun folk music of Slim Bawb. Then Tish Hinojosa and Friends take the stage at 5 p.m. All free, all day Sunday, July 29 just down the road at Gruene Hall.

Geronimo!
Grab your honey, your parents and your kiddos and take a 30-minute Sunday afternoon drive down Hwy. 123 to Geronimo. The Two Way Street Band are playing lively old country music from 3-6:30 p.m. on a great dance floor in the smoke-free, family friendly VFW Hall.
