What a day to celebrate a 12th birthday, on Dec. 12, 2012! Happy Birthday wishes go out to Julia Caroline Beatriz Bowen, who celebrates her first dozen years today. She was born in Victoria, Texas, to Greg and Kale Bowen of Buda. Julia is a sixth-grader at Dahlstrom Middle School, where she enjoys volleyball and theater. Julia plans to be an attorney. She is celebrating her special day with a karaoke and s’mores party with her friends. And her favorite number is, oddly enough, 12.
