Twisted X Brewery, made up of brewers Jim Sampson and Shane Bordeau, along with partner Ted Stewart, is trying to beat the competition by bringing the first Tex-Mex beer to the market. Sampson and Bordeau have been working on their Mexican-style recipes since 2009 and are now ready to start production at a new facility in Dripping Springs, off FM 150 and RR 12.
