Tigers, Texans fly high at Rebel Relays

Tiger varsity boys took fifth overall at the annual Rebel Relays on Friday, while Texans came in just behind at sixth place. San Antonio Reagan took first place with 146 points, and Canyon High second place with 145 points.

Other schools in order of overall standing: Hays, 3rd, 129 points; Bastrop, 4th, 57 points; Dripping Springs, 5th, 40 points; Wimberley, 6th, 35 points; Lockhart, 7th, 28 points; Akins, 8th, 21 points; Lehman, 9th, 19 points. Tiger varsity girls took fourth place in the Relays with a total of 76 points, while the Texans came in at 8th with 20 points. San Antonio Reagan took first place with 168 points, and Hays took second place with 161 points. Other schools in order of overall standing: Canyon, 3rd, 79 points; Lehman, 5th, 44 points; Bastrop, 6th, 36 points; Lockhart, 7th, 26 points
