Kyle and Buda fire departments provided mutual aid at a fire around 6 p.m. Wednesday evening in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks in the Wimberley fire district.
No injuries were reported, but Kyle Fire Department officials said the house was a complete loss.

A 19-year-old Buda man suspected of fatally stabbing Ulises Garcia at a large house party in east Kyle surrendered to authorities after five days with an active warrant for his arrest.
Xavier Wayne Harper turned himself in at the Travis County Jail on April 7 and was in Hays County custody the next day facing a first-degree felony murder charge.

A Wimberley murder suspect told police he was on several drugs, including meth and psychedelic mushrooms,
when he fatally stabbed his girlfriend late last month, according to court documents made available Monday.
Shaun Thomas Mireles, 22, said he and his girlfriend were “tripping” after drinking several beers, smoking marijuana, smoking meth and consuming psychedelic mushrooms the night he stabbed her, the documents state.
