In her first response to former sheriff’s office criminal investigations division head Kevin Ficke, District Attorney Sherri Tibbe denied a political feud with Sheriff Tommy Ratliff, a key contention of Ficke’s breach of contract lawsuit against Tibbe and Ratliff.
