No to bonds

No to bonds

Well it’s that time of year again when small town politics call for elections that they hope will have low attendance – low attendance from the opponents. So what do we have on our plates this time? School board, city council, bond elections … Yes, here we go again … more bonds. The city of [...]

Why is fighting ACC so bad?

Why is fighting ACC so bad?

There are quite a few people who feel that the ACC annexation election was a raw deal because Austin Community College deliberately withheld vital information concerning the maximum tax liability that we property owners and renters could be paying.
