AN ORDINANCE REPLACING CHAPTER 11, ART IV. PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND VENDORS OF THE CITY OF KYLE MUNICIPAL CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND ORDAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF
An Ordinance of the City of Kyle, Texas, Adding Section 38-22 to the Code of Ordinances to Prohibit Parking within the Bike Lane on Spring Branch Drive; Providing a Maximum Penalty of $500.00; and adding a provision within Section 38-22 Parking Prohibitions under Subsection B Exemptions, an exemption for people parked at the mailbox station for less than five minutes, Providing Open Meetings and Effective Date Clauses; Providing for Related Matters
