City of Buda Annexation Public Hearing Notice The City of Buda City Council will hold public hearings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1st and Tuesday, May 15th at Buda City Hall, 121 Main St., Buda Texas to receive written and oral comments regarding the following proposals for annexation: (1) at the request of the land owner for the full purpose annexation of 10.45 acres of land in the George Herder Survey No. 537, Absdtract No. 239, Hays County, Texas, and (2) at the request of the land owner through the South Buda WCID Strategic Partnership Agreement with the City of Buda for annexation with the limited purpose of collecting sales tax of 29.652 acres in the George Herder Survey No. 537, Abstract No. 239 and 62.304 acres in the Jacob G. Lents Survey No. 32, Abstract no. 284, Hays County, Texas. The City Council will consider the adoption of the Annexation Ordinances on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the subject matter herein mentioned shall take notice.
