I do not live in that district but I am endorsing David Wilson.

I have known David and Dan for about the same length of time. I respect and admire David for his well-mannered and professional manner. He is a council member who will listen to the voice of the people; he represents and works in a professional and cooperative manner with his fellow city council members.

Kyle is growing and we need representation on council that works as a team and not against each other. Arguing on issues during council meetings in full view of the public is not professional nor does it solve important issues that are crucial for the continued growth of Kyle.

I know David will continue to support our Kyle Police Department, our Volunteer Fire Department and the many non- profit organizations that exist.

He will also look after the welfare of both small and big businesses here in Kyle. He will give 100 percent of his attention to the representation of the people he represents in his district. David served as an infantry officer in the Vietnam War. It was his job to make the tough decisions that truly affected the lives of those he led. He will do that again for the residents of District 4 and for the entire city.

David has proven his ability to lead in the most critical of situations, combat. His ability to recognize problems, analyze the situation and make the tough decision is what he brings to the council.

It is time that Kyle made a change in the right direction on Kyle City Council. That change is giving your vote to David Wilson, a proud citizen of Kyle, a proud American and a distinguished veteran.
