• Julian Michael Rodriguez, 30, of 102 Redbird Trail, Kyle: Evading arrest, Class A misdemeanor, occurred May 26. Violation of parole for burglary of habitation, second degree felony, occurred Sept. 2000. Trial date is slated for June 10 at the 22nd District Court.
• Azavier Trevor Roberts, 17, of 328 Harvest Moon Parkway, Kyle: Delivery of a dangerous drug – Seroquel, state jail felony, occurred April 6. Arraignment is slated for June 10 at the 22nd District Court.
• Angel Vega Gaspar, 39, of 25 Apple Blossom, Buda: Evading arrest with a motor vehicle, state jail felony, occurred April 17. Arraignment is slated for Thursday at the 22nd District Court.
• Zully Irisana Zavaleta, 18, of 160 Cross Lane, Kyle: Forgery, third degree felony, occurred March 29. Arraignment is slated for Thursday at the 22nd District Court.
• Ryan Edward Cuellar, 18, of 348 Spillway Drive, Kyle: Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, state jail felony, occurred March 7. Arraignment is slated for June 9 at the 22nd District Court.
• Martin Sanford Morris, 51, of 139 Picadillay Way, Kyle: Stalking, third degree felony, occurred Jan. 26. Arraignment is slated for June 9 at the 22nd District Court.
• Timothy Craig Leonard, 46, of 190 Traynor, Kyle: Unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, third degree felony, occurred June 25, 2009. Theft between $1,500 and $20,000, state jail felony, occurred Nov. 2008. He was sentenced to three years in prison on May 27.
• Lucina Perez Cervantes, 38, of 260 Shady Oaks, Kyle: Injury to a child, two counts, third degree felony, occurred Dec. 19, 2009. Trial date is slated for June 24 at the 22nd District Court.
• Alejandra Cervantes-Perez, 37, of 260 Shady Oaks, Kyle: Injury to a child, three counts, third degree felony, occurred Dec. 19, 2009. Trial date is slated for June 24 at the 22nd District Court.
