I would like to express our appreciation to Mike Vasil, Battalion Chief, and all the crew for your professional service and help to Bobby and me on June 7, 2010.

We found ourselves in a personal crisis due to Bobby needing medical attention and also having to deal with an inside broken water pipe causing our home some flooding.
