Will McManus will be an excellent school board member.  He is a hard-working, intelligent person with a skills-set to work collaboratively and get things accomplished.  He will be effective because he will work with people who have differing views.  He has the ability to share his views with an open mind and to bring those ideas to his fellow team members with a spirit of cooperation.   These are all qualities that will allow the team of eight to work in a united way to bring to fruition the end result of what is best for the education of our children.  It takes these talents to be an effective leader, and we certainly need more of that on our school board.  Our children deserve nothing better.
