The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) added Clemente Davila, 27, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list. A cash reward up to $3,000 is now being offered for information leading to his capture, according to a release by DPS.
Davila has a violent criminal past, and is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender requirements, failure to appear and probation violation.
Davila’s last known address was in San Marcos, and he also has ties to Maxwell (Caldwell County) and Houston. Davila has been known to work as a carpenter in the construction industry. His criminal history includes aggravated sexual assault of a child, unauthorized use of a vehicle and drug possession.
Davila is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his chest of women’s faces, a tattoo on his abdomen with the word “Houston,” and other tattoos on his back, left arm, right hand and right wrist. Davila is also being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
Texas Crime Stoppers, funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.
