Carrying on annual traditional events will be the Fall Festival and Silent Auction at Buda Elementary School on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 1 until 5 p.m. The festival is sponsored by the PTA and is the primary fundraising activity for Buda Elementary. There will be many fun games along with good food.
Also on Oct. 25th, the annual Boo-da Halloween Trick or Treat along Main Street will be held downtown Buda from 5 to 7 p.m. Local merchants will hand out treats in front of their shops and other businesses set up on the greenbelt around the library. So dress up in your best costume and come to downtown Buda for lots of special treats.
Another annual tradition is the “buy back” of candy at the Buda Professional Dental office on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Stop by the dental office and get paid for your collection of treats.
The Pumpkin Patch is still open for business on North Main Street where pumpkins of all sizes and shapes can be found for adding to the Halloween season.

“Off the Grid” will be playing country and western music at the Onion Creek Senior Center Thursday night, Oct. 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. Come on over for a good time.
