Bertis Ray Ward, 65, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away of natural causes on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015, in his hometown of Buda, TX.

He was a reliable employee to many private contractors before retiring from the city of Austin as an inspector. Bert was also a long time member of the Capital Rod and Gun Club on Lake Travis where his friendships and contributions will last forever.
Bert’s greatest joy in life was his grandson, Waylon, “Little Man.” Bert was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Dee Ward and father, Horace Ray Ward.
