A Kyle man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls may also have fathered a child with one of the alleged victims, according to court documents.

Cameron Vaughn Stanley, 20, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child, each a second-degree felony, according to Hays County jail records. 

One of the victims, a 15-year-old girl, told police she befriended the suspect after meeting him on the smart phone application Meet Me. 

The girl told police the first time she and Stanley met in person, sometime in late August or early September, they went to his Plum Creek home where he forcefully attempted to have sex with her. The girl told investigators she had to compromise by performing oral sex. 

The compromise, however, wasn’t enough and the two ultimately engaged in intercourse during their first meeting, according to the victim, court records state.

Roughly a month-and-a-half later, on Oct. 17, a 16-year-old girl was spending the night over at the 15-year-old girl’s home. Overnight, the two girls left the residence to meet up with Stanley, according to court documents. 

The 16-year-old told investigators Stanley picked her and the 15-year-old up and the three drove around for a few minutes before making their way to Stanley’s home in Plum Creek.

The three were talking inside his SUV on the driveway, and then the 15-year-old girl exited the car and went in an unknown direction, according to Stanley’s probable cause affidavit used to secure an arrest warrant from Hays County Judge Beth Smith.

The 16-year-old told investigators she and Stanley stayed in the backseat of his Jeep SUV and it was there that the suspect began sexually assaulting her despite requests for him to stop, the affidavit states.

The 16-year-old told investigators that she was pregnant as a result of the alleged sexual assault, according to the affidavit. Her father was the person to call police on Nov. 20 and report the alleged sexual assault, about a month after the incident is said to have taken place.

According to the affidavit, authorities interviewed Stanley on Nov. 25 and he admitted to having sex with both teenagers. Stanley informed police hat he was aware the girls were approximately 16 years old. 

Stanley remained in Hays County custody as of Tuesday with bail set at $90,000.
