Many of the parks in Hays County along the Blanco and San Marcos rivers are closed and are not expected to open any earlier than Saturday. Blue Hole and Jacob’s Well in Wimberley are among those parks, however other Blue Hole amenities are open for use, like the walking trails, basketball courts, picnic areas, etc.
