On October 8, 2015, Jean Ellen Winn of Kyle, Texas was called to be with our Lord and Savior. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. Jean’s main interests were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, whether blood related or otherwise. She also enjoyed gardening, traveling and mostly playing bridge.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin Winn recently of San Marcos, TX but of Kyle for 43 years; her son Bob Winn of Pflugerville and his son, Travis of Pflugerville, Texas; his daughter Hannah of Pflugerville, Texas and his son John of Austin, Texas; her son Bryan Winn of Victoria, Texas and his wife Sharon, his daughter Ashley of Nacogdoches, Texas; his son Anthony of Austin, Texas; and daughters Andrea and Angela of Victoria, Texas; her daughter Wendy Polk of Wimberley, Texas and her husband Donnie, and her daughters Megan and Haley of Wimberley, Texas; and her daughter Cyndy Winn of Hutto, Texas. She is preceded in death by her sons John and Michael Winn and her grandson Jason Winn.
Services will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle, Texas. Graveside services will be held in Shiner, Texas at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the South Central Texas Chapter Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation.
