All remaining Hays County and City of San Marcos Evacuation Centers were closed as of 5 p.m. Saturday. 

According to Hays County’s Facebook page, residents who were at the shelters were relocated to other housing or were able to return to their homes. 

Hays County opened evacuation centers at the San Marcos Activity Center, Miller Middle School, along with Wimberley and Lehman High Schools after Friday’s flood event forced residents to evacuate.
