Register by April 6 for HCISD election

The clock is ticking for those interested in participating in the May 6 election. Aspiring voters have until Thursday, April 6 to register to vote. Early voting for elections in Hays County begins April 24. Those within Hays CISD within District 1 will decide on three candidates, including incumbent Teresa Tobias, to fill the seat. Residents across the district will vote on three candidates for the at-large trustee seat in the election. In addition, voters will also decide on Propositions 1 and 2 of a bond initiative that totals $250 million. See here for information on how to register to vote.
