A Kyle man was sentenced to 47 consecutive years in prison earlier this month after a Hays County jury convicted him of multiple charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Carlos Garcia, 41, was found guilty of one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, three counts of indecency with a child by contact, and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.
