Over 700 students from Hays and Lehman High Schools, as well as the Live Oak Academy, will participate in Hays CISD’s graduation ceremonies Wednesday.

Live Oak Academy’s ceremony will be held at noon Wednesday. Lehman High’s graduation ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, with the Hays High graduation ceremony following at 7:30 p.m.

All three ceremonies will be held at Strahan Coliseum, which is located on the campus of Texas State University in San Marcos.

According to Hays CISD, those who wish to attend graduation ceremonies should avoid using Aquarena Springs. Due to construction, traffic will not be allowed to turn left on Aquarena Springs into the parking lots between Bobcat Stadium to Strahan. In addition, there are no parking places for the public in the lots closest to Strahan.

Those who will attend should take Exit 205 to Hopkins, and then turn right onto Charles Austin Drive, just past HEB, according to Hays CISD officials. That route will give access to the parking lots for Strahan.

All three graduation ceremonies will also be livestreamed on YouTube.
