Law enforcement officials earlier this month arrested a Kyle man who is suspected of recording himself sexually assaulting a child on his cell phone.

Martin Michael Flores, 26, of Kyle, was arrested by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Oct. 7 at his home in the 600 block of Masonwood Drive, according to a statement from the U.S. Marshals Service.
