Hays County authorities are investigating an incident where a guest at a Dripping Springs hotel was hit by a bullet fired from an adjacent room Saturday.

An investigation led authorities to arrest William Frame, 54, of New Braunfels, whom they suspect fired the shot.

Frame was booked into the Hays County Jail on a count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which is a second degree felony, and unlawful carry of a weapon, which is a Class A misdemeanor.
