Driver sought after gunfire in Dripping Springs road rage incident

Hays County authorities are searching for the driver of a vehicle who displayed, and then later discharged, a firearm during a reported road rage incident on U.S. Highway 290 near Dripping Springs.

According to Hays County officials, deputies responded to a reported road rage incident that took place at 8:50 a.m. Nov. 21 in the 3300 block of U.S. 290 near south Canyonwood Drive.

The suspect vehicle was described as a red Jeep Liberty or Renegade, according to a post of the HCSO Facebook page.
