More than 300,000 square feet of industrial space could soon become available for lease on the east side of Buda in 2018.

All of it is part of a development agreement between the Buda Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Exeter Buda Land, L.P., which officials believe could generate more than $350,000 in new property tax revenue over the next eight years.
