A Kyle man was arrested Jan. 10 for indecency with a child by sexual contact based on an alleged 2017 incident with a family member.

Andrew Fidel Ortiz, 20, was booked into the Hays County Jail on the charge, which is a second-degree felony. According to the affidavit, Ortiz was 19 at the time of the incident.
