A Kyle couple has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of their 21-month-old son in early July.

Stevie Dwayne Williams, 24, and Dazrine Ruth Chagoya-Williams, 20, were booked without incident into the Hays County Jail July 23, according to a city of Kyle press release.
