Four of the five victims recovered from the scene of the July 20 apartment fire in San Marcos have now been identified, according to a city of San Marcos press release.

Victims who have been identified are Haley Michele Frizzell, 19, of San Angelo, James Miranda, 23, of Mount Pleasant, David Ortiz, 21, of Pasedena and Dru Estes, 21, of San Antonio.
