Paul Wayne Good, 82, of Kyle, Texas passed away peacefully on September 17, 2018 at home.
Paul was born in Greene County Indiana on January 22, 1936, the son of Charles Vergil Good and Ruby Emma Lacy Good. Paul served his country in the United States Army in the late 1950’s. He was then employed at Inland Steel Corporation in Indiana, where he retired after working for 37 years. He is remembered as an avid rock hound who took educational rock displays to local schools for 47 years. He was a very active member of the San Marcos church of Christ, where he led singing, taught Bible classes, and served as an elder for many years.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Andy Good, Legatha Gilmore, Bob Good and infant Wilma June Good.
Paul is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Brown Good, one daughter and son-in-law, Dena Roberts and husband Mark of Bedford, Texas; one son Edward Good of Kyle, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law Steve Good and Mindy of Kyle, Texas. Paul is also survived by grandchildren Rebecca (and husband Stephen), Sara (and husband Garrett), Emily, Jacob, and Hannah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that he was proud to be their uncle Paul, and by many friends and brethren who he loved.

Services will be Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle, Texas. Public visitation from 2-3 p.m., with services to follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery will occur upon availability.
