On Feb. 4, Barton Middle School students in Teresa Newhall’s Spanish class donated crocheted hats to the American Heart Association’s Big Hearts, Little Hats campaign. The project was part of a challenge made earlier this year by Barton Principal Teri Eubank for staff to teach advisory students something new that could also be used as a service project.
