City of Kyle water customers are being asked to refrain from “unnecessary” usage Tuesday due to an issue at Lake Dunlap in the New Braunfels area.

According to officials, Kyle Public Works received notification from the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (GBRA), one of the city’s water suppliers, requesting Kyle water customers stop “any unnecessary water usage.” That extends to outdoor watering, car washing and pool refilling.
