The Wimberley Valley Watershed Association (WVWA) has recently filed a request for a contested case hearing for the city of Blanco’s wastewater permit (#WQ0010549002), which will allow the city to discharge an average of 1.6 million gallons of wastewater daily into the Blanco River.
