Dex Ellison, Kyle Mayor Pro Tem, recently judged at the 15th Annual Kyle Quilters Quilt Exhibit. Ellison is with Glennis Taylor, this year’s winner of the Mayor’s Choice award. Titled “A Window View,” the quilt was made as a memorial to her son Phillip Taylor who died in an automobile accident last March.
