County authorities say they have arrested a “serial package theft” accused of taking parcels off porches in neighborhoods around Kyle.

He was seen in video surveillance at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Sunday, April 26 as he exited an older model green Ford Mustang in front of a residence in the Stonefield subdivision.
