A missing teenager described as suicidal and who might be in possession of a handgun has prompted Hays County authorities to enlist the public’s help.

Simon Uilses Montoya, 15, left on foot from his home near Schubert Lane in Kyle around noon on Thursday, Sept. 10  wearing a red hooded sweater.
