juvenile suspect has  been charged with murder in the death of 48-old Janie Rebecca Loredo Zapata, who died in a fire in her home in the 400 block of Overlook Drive in Elliott Ranch

The suspect was detained on Wednesday, Oct. 15 and transferred to an unnamed juvenile detention facility.

Sheriff Gary Cutler said no more information will be released.
