BUDA, – The Buda City Council has adopted a resolution authorizing the city to provide the Hays Consolidated Independent School District (Hays CISD) with up to $50,000 in federal funding for coronavirus related expenses.

As part of an interlocal agreement with Hays CISD, the $50,000 will come from federal funds allocated to the city of Buda through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
