KYLE — Incumbent Travis Mitchell returns as Kyle mayor after unofficial results for the runoff election Tuesday have him winning by a 245-vote difference against challenger Linda Tenorio.

At the end of the night Tuesday, Mitchell had 1257 votes (55.4%) to Tenorio’s count at 1012 (44.6%).
