On March 4, the Johnson Jaguars softball team opened the inaugural Hays/Johnson Softball Tournament with a 3-1 win over 6A foe Westlake. Helping the cause was a second inning solo home run by Jaguar Reagan Barrett, followed by a fourth inning two-run RBI single from America Espinoza.
