Dripping Springs High School Choir advances to UIL competition

DRIPPING SPRINGS – Dripping Springs High School (DSHS) broke a school record of 18 choir students qualifying for the UIL State Solo and Ensemble Contest. 

This was after the students earned a Superior Rating on a Class 1 solo at the regional competition on Saturday, Feb 26, at McCallum High School in Austin.

All 27 soloists and two ensembles received Superior Ratings.

The UIL State Solo and Ensemble Contest will be held May 28 and May 30 in Austin.
