HAYS COUNTY — Hays County has provided over $2 million in financial relief to residents through its COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program.

The ERA program was created after the county received federal funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury to contribute rent, utilities and housing stability to qualifying households that were affected by the pandemic.
