Buda Oaks residents celebrate National Wildlife Day

BUDA – Residents at Buda Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care celebrated National Wildlife Day on Sept. 4.

A group of older adults in attendance visited Cabela’s and received a tour from Cabela’semployee and Buda Oaks resident Herschel Carrico. After touring the aquarium, feeding fish and shopping, the group traveled back to the care center, where they listened to a presentation from Lockhart State Park Interpreter Lauren Hartwick about local wildlife.
