On Friday, Feb. 17, the Tigers traveled to Westlake High School and played the Anderson High School Trojans. This was a one game playoff to determine who would advance to the UIL 6A playoffs. The Tigers started off strong and led at the half by the score of 20 to 14.

The Trojans regrouped at the half and played a faster tempo in the second half. The final score was Trojans, 52, Tigers, 40. The Trojans will advance and begin UIL 6A playoffs. The Tigers finished in fifth place with a record of 17-15.
