On Friday, April 4, the grand opening of Hays County Emergency Services District (ESD) No. 5 Station #4, located at 110 High Road in Kyle, was held. The grand opening for the new Hays County ESD No. 5 Station #4 was held Friday, April 4. A partnership with Texas State University’s CIEDAR program, the new 9,385-square-foot building, located at 110 High Road in Kyle, contains “features that support environmental safeguards,” according to a news release.
