Milton Kirk Ardrey, cherished son, brother, grandson and friend passed away at the age of 30 in Austin on April 3, 2025.  His untimely departure was the result of a profound grief over the loss of his younger brother Colby Manes Ardrey on November 4, 2023.   Born December 21,1994 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Lonnie and Catherine Ardrey, Milton’s family moved to Buda in 2002.   Milton graduated from Hays High School in 2013.  He participated in Boys Scouts with Troop 128 achieving rank of Life Scout. Milton worked in his family’s bottled water business and ranch until shortly after his father passed away in 2019.  He pursued his passion for technology and problem solving by studying computer science and auto mechanics, working in sales, ranching and wildlife management.  Milton returned to the ranch to fulfil the vision he and his brother had together.  Milton is survived by his mother, Catherine Ardrey of Buda, sister, Andrea Luu and his brother-in -law, Army Lt. Col. Philip Luu of West Point, NY, grandmother Tonda Frady of Wimberley, and grandfather Bruce Axline of Tucson, AZ.  Services for Milton will be held on April 23 at 1 pm at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle, TX.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Veteran support organizations Bouldercrest.org, Mission 22.org or PawsShelter.org.
