  Are you sure about 2017 being the worst year with 2 fatal wrecks?   In researching and just reading articles in response to the proposed Permian Highway Pipeline, we all know that all pipelines leak. Therefore, we cannot avoid the demonstrable conclusion that the proposed RAW SEWAGE pipeline under Blue Hole will leak, and into the crack and fissures already there and the additional ones that boring for this pipeline will create. So, the irony is that the problem in Wimberley to be addressed by an organized sewage system is the leaking of sewage into Cypress Creek from failing septic tank systems will be solved by (drum roll, please) a pipeline that leaks raw sewage into Cypress Creek. And, the likelihood of a leak of raw sewage from the under-the-creek pipeline is a million times more likely than a discharge of cleaner-than-background effluent from the proposed wastewater treatment plant. And, with wise planning, any excess effluent in the 500,000 gallon storage tank can be used without discharge to Deer Creek.
