  Jesus Christ. The Wimberley Sewer Saga is like the Monster movie where the Monster never dies and keeps coming back to life. Connect in to AquaTexas and be done with it. NO WAY the boobs (notwithstanding the sensible ones) running this puny local City Government have ANY business whatsosever trying to manage a waste-water treatment plant.

  You just don't get it do you. If you find a way to make sure there can never ever be any chance of a spill or a discharge of any kind EVER getting into the creeks or rivers then fine. Put it any where you want it. But that is not the case. The permit tied to the plant in the park allows for discharge into the creeks that lead to the river.. and if you put it there, ..It will happen. No sir. We can't risk it. Its plum dumb. Change the permit to no discharge and you can put the plant anywhere you want it. The potential for that happening with the other plan is miniscule in comparison. Use that money to run you a pipe from the plant that won't discharge into the river to the park. You'll probably have some left over. THE POTENTIAL FOR DISCHARGE OF EFFLUENT INTO OUR WATERWAYS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ITS ABOUT THE RIVER Y'ALL. Please
